He began his financial planning and insurance career in 1977 with the Prudential Insurance Company of America. He has been an independent representative of numerous insurance companies since 1979. He earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 1987 and became a Chartered Financial Consultant in 1989.
Allen has worked out of his Taylor Regehr Financial Services office at 1013 West Center Ave in Visalia since 1992. He is a member of and serves on the board of directors for the Tulare Kings County Estate Planning Council and is active with Gateway Church in Visalia. With over 40 years of career experience, annual continuing education, a strong commitment to his clients’ success and working relationships with local CPA’s and estate planning attorneys, Allen is well positioned to provide prudent, workable, and successful financial planning services.

Allen and his wife, Diane, have been married for over 41 years and have three grown sons, Nathan, Jonathan (Kirsten), and Andrew.
